Terms and Conditions for "Free Wedge Offer" Competition

1. Every one hundredth subscriber to the online Lind Golf Newsletter will instantly win one "Lind Golf Signature" wedge. If you are a winner you will be notified immediately by e-mail
2. The Lind Golf signature prize has a standard length shaft, standard Lind Golf Grip and a steel shaft.
3. Lind Golf can choose to supply the wedge with either a regular or stiff flex shaft in either steel or graphite, depending on stock availability.
4. Lind Golf takes no responsibility for any injuries that occur as a result of the use of this prize.
5. There are 100 prizes to be won. Only one prize may be won per person.

7. The competition is only open to Australian residents in all states and territories, with a valid email address.
8. The competition will run for a duration of one year, commencing on the 25/1
9. 10/12/2007 at 12am AEST and closing on the 31/03/2008 at 12 midday AEST or until all prizes have been won.
10. Unclaimed prize draws will be conducted and prizes will be awarded randomly.
11. Entrants under the age of thirteen are required to get parental consent.
12. Subscribers may enter once.
13. By entering this competition entrants will automatically be opted in to receive the Lind Golf email newsletter.
14. By entering this competition you are agreeing to and accepting these terms and conditions.
15. Any entry not complying to these terms and conditions is invalid.

17. Lind Golf reserves the right to withhold prizes to winners who have entered multiple times using different aliases with submissions originating from the same I.P. Address.
18. Total prize value is AUD$49.00 (one wedge).
19. Prize may not be exchanged or used as credit to purchase other products from Lind Golf.
20. Prize is not redeemable for cash.
